Illness:

In case of illness on the exam day, visit a physician/doctor for physical examination and ask him to fill in this form. Hand in the form to the studentservice as soon as possible.

Make sure to fill out this form, if you were not able to sign into OKA in due time for important reasons. Note, that this procedure may be used in exceptional cases only and is subject to acknowledgement by the examiner and the ECE examination board.
