The Office of Professional Practice Studies (BPS) in the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture organizes and supervises the content of internships integrated into the current semesters. The department’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Establishing and maintaining contacts between the university and internship locations
• Advising students regarding career-related questions
• Supporting internship applications in Germany and abroad (Currently, the BPS-Department files contain information on more than approx. 1600 internships)
• Resolving conflicts
• Arranging for contractual security during study in professional practice
• Assisting the various faculties with their accompanying events including their organization
• Providing assistance in the transition to a professional career
• Organising events concerning current topics of professional practice
• Serving as a contact point for graduates of the ASL Department and the Kassel Alumni Association - KAASL e.V.

Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 - 12:00 a.m.
