Lending

The prevailing part of our stock is lent able. In order to rent any type of media from the Grey Literature Archive, you will have to sign up once to receive your access card. You will have to fill out a membership form, which should be handed in at the Enquiries Desk in person. As an applicant you will also need to present your identity card. Renewal of the loan period may be arranged by telephone during our opening hours. (Tel. 0561-8042306).

Writings in general

• The normal loan period for books is four weeks.
  The loan period may be renewed on request, given that no other member has reserved the book. You can renew you loan three times, each valid for four weeks.
• You can loan up to up to 20 records at once.

Maps

• The normal loan period for maps is one week.
• The loan period may not be renewal.
  
  

Charge for overdue records      

• The first reminder will charge a total of 2 €.
• The second reminder will charge 2 € and another 1€ per record.
• The third reminder will charge 3 € and another 2 € per record.
• If a record is lost we raise a fee for the replacement by 20 €.record.
